Last week, Media Press had the pleasure of taking part in the 5th edition of Nacht der TV-Helden – a one-of-a-kind evening that brought together the European TV and media community to celebrate 4 years and 81 episodes of the TV-Helden podcast.
Hosted high above the rooftops of Cologne at the Microsoft venue, the event offered not only breathtaking views but also the perfect setting for connecting with fellow industry professionals, content leaders, and long-time collaborators.
We were proud to support this fantastic celebration alongside other partners, and even more proud to be represented by our outstanding team members: Jonas Petersen, Gijs Davelaar, Leonardo Stocchero and Donata Reinhardt – thank you for carrying the Media Press vision forward with such passion and expertise.
Events like Nacht der TV-Helden are more than just networking – they are a powerful reminder of the shared mission we all carry: to create, deliver, and enrich content for audiences across platforms.
At Media Press, Europe’s leading provider of TV and streaming metadata, we believe that enabling seamless, scalable, and transparent metadata management is the key to unlocking the future of media.
That’s why we continue to develop and promote our unique Open ID technology – a powerful system that enables every piece of content to be tracked from production to distribution, from broadcaster to platform, all the way to the viewer’s screen.
Open ID supports the entire metadata supply chain – ensuring visibility, consistency, and control at every step of the content lifecycle.
We’re grateful to the TV-Helden team – especially Christian Heinkele – for creating such an inspiring space to celebrate progress, share ideas, and shape the future of media together.
